Job Summary:
As a Social Media Strategist, you will be responsible for creating and executing effective social media strategies to enhance our brand’s online presence. Your primary goal will be to craft engaging content, maintain a consistent brand voice across platforms, and collaborate with the design team to develop creative assets. You will play a key role in driving audience engagement, growing our social media following, and ensuring our content aligns with overall marketing objectives.
Role and Responsibilities:
• Content Creation & Optimization: Develop and optimize compelling social media copy tailored to each platform, ensuring engagement and brand alignment.
• Brand Consistency: Maintain a consistent brand voice across all content to enhance brand recognition and trust.
• Post Scheduling: Utilize social media management tools (e.g., Loomly) to schedule and manage posts efficiently across various platforms.
• Creative Collaboration: Work closely with the design team to create and refine visually appealing and effective social media assets.
• Ad-Hoc Tasks: Perform other social media-related tasks as required, in coordination with the US-based counterpart.
• Stay up-to-date with current trends and changes in the social media industry.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience: Proven track record as a Social Media Manager, Content Writer, or in a similar role, with demonstrable results in driving engagement and growth.
• Writing Skills: Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills, with a strong ability to adapt tone and style to various platforms and audiences.
• Tool Proficiency: Proficient in social media platforms (e.g., TikTok, Instagram and YouTube) and collaboration tools (e.g., Basecamp and Monday.com) to streamline workflows and enhance productivity.
• Client Management: Capable of handling multiple clients simultaneously, delivering high-quality work within deadlines.
